      <description>&lt;P&gt;As far as I know there is no way to complete shutdown (power off) a chassis (remotly).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can only shutdown the components SGM, SSM and CMM and then afterwards pull the levers of the components and then the power cords.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can have a look to "&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;Best Practices - How to power down and up a Chassis deployment&lt;/A&gt;" in sk101556.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When there is no need to power off a chassis you can use the following command to administratively down/up a chassis:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;asg chassis_admin -c &amp;lt;chassis&amp;gt; [down|up]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
