Is your chassis still running R76SP.x? It's time to upgrade. R76SP.50 support ended two days ago. Check Point Professional Services can assist with the upgrade process.

Check sk152735 for the upgrade process.

I see direct upgrade R76SP.50 -> R81SP. But I can't manage R76SP.50 with R81 management.

R76xSP is out of support, we recommend create new security group with R81.20SP. Make sure upgrade you CMM first.

You can export DB SMS and import in a new VM (different IP).
Upgrade parallel SMS to R81.20/R82
You have to follow the SK (upgrade components if apply).
In the procedure you have to split the dual chassis. Fresh install R81.20SP in the SGMs Chassis 1, sic with parallel SMS and install Policy.
Prepare cutover, after tests go well, you can add the second chassis to upgraded chassis.
