I need to troubleshoot a problem related "Error Code:0-2-4000027". Is there any article or SK to read to troubleshoot this error code?

Some questions for you:

-version of mgmt/gateway?

-when did the issue happen?

-any changes made?

-does policy work on any other gateway managed by same mgmt server?

-if answer is yes, can you check if cpd process is okay on problematic firewall by running cpwd_admin list | grep cpd?

-does sic show established from fw object in smart console?

What were the recent changes performed if any, modifications to "native applications" for Mobile Access perhaps?

As Chris wrote, this might be related to changes in legacy Mobile Access Policy (in SmartDashboard), perhaps related to SNX.

Were there any recent changes made in Mobile Access Policy?

Also could you please give additional details about your environment, configuration and version?
