We manage multiple Quantums and third-party UTMs.
We are considering collecting their access logs and analyzing them using ThreatCloud and our original threat intelligence.
Is it possible to use Check Point XDR to meet these requirements effectively?

If there are any points we should be aware of, please let us know.

We do support importing third party data into XDR, yes.
Here's a screenshot from a demo environment (MS Defender is also supported)
