Hii Team,

Is this work on R80.20 as well.

Please confirm and also suggest If any relevant SK for Troubleshooting with Links inside mail is not properly working.

I also refer the below SK and links.

As far as I know it is supported.
The SK you referred to refers to a configuration adjustment that may be needed in other versions to make it work.
It doesn't indicate it's NOT supported in R80.20.
