I have seen this several times, with different configurations. The last one was a two node Cluster XL, with 4 cores and 12 GB ram. Standard vmdk disk file. I did a shutdown of the standby member, and when I started it again, it came up with Core Xl disabled. Then it became primary, due to the fewer cores. Exactely the same happend with the other member when I did a shutdown on that one.

/Atle

Hello all.

I have seen on several different R80.x gateways that Core XL has lost its configuration. This seems to happen when you reboot or shutdown a gateway. After it is online again, I have to run cpconfig, and re-enable it. Anybody else seen this, and know why this is happening? Until now I have only seen this on virtual gateways running on Vmware ESXi or Hyper-V.

/Atle

Can you describe the virtual hardware configuration of these VMs? (RAM/CPU Cores/Disk)

Never seen/heard of this happening.
