Bookmarks, I will send you something in a PM.

Subscriptions might be a little tougher as the mechanism is a bit different between the two platforms.

Actually, if you replace the hostname part of the URLs in the list I sent you (leaving the URI part the same), the links will all work. But yes, it's a manual process.
