SSL VPN Network Extender Issue

Hi All,

I have faced this issue with SSL VPN so thought to share it with all.

Recently I have enabled Mobile access blade and configured Endpoint security check while connecting to SSL network extender.

Now SSL Network extender is working well with windows 10 laptop but it is giving below error in Windows 7 laptop

"SSL Network Extender is taking a long time to connect. Try to connect again"

I have gone through sk65274 but that doesn’t case here.

After doing some R&D with Laptop we have uninstalled Checkpoint extender agent from Laptop and installed version – 7.01.0000 and it worked.

Now we are able to connect SSL network extender for Windows 7 laptop as well. This is a small thing but maybe it will be helpful.
