SandBlast Agent named top endpoint solution by AV-TEST

@Check Point is pleased to announce its SandBlast Agent solution passed AV-TEST Institute’s lab tests with excellent results and has been named a “Top Product” by the independent IT security organization. This announcement comes on the heels of Check Point being named a leader in the Forrester Wave™ Endpoint Security Suites, Q2 2018 report. The AV-TEST outcome is evidence that SandBlast Agent’s innovative, new features are resonating strongly with marketplace customers and reviewers alike.

In this July-August 2018 test of 18 endpoint protection products, SandBlast Agent scored 17.5 out of a maximum 18 points based on protection, performance, and usability in Windows 10 (64-bit) environments. This result designates SandBlast Agent as an AV-TEST “Top Product” in the Corporate Endpoint Protection category, placing it as an elite cyber threat solution.

SandBlast Agent monitors endpoints for threats by inspecting endpoint behavior in real time. It leverages real-time threat intelligence from the central ThreatCloud database, consisting of over 250 million addresses analyzed for bot discovery, more than 11 million malware signatures, and over 5.5 million infected websites, and identifies millions of malware types daily.
