      <title>Quantum Gateways - NGTP and NGFW</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please point me to a Checkpoint doc which details what each support package covers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently have some 3600 appliances with NGTP cover.&amp;nbsp; We only need firewall and basic IPS blades on these. In addition, we want 24x7 phone/internet support with 4 hour response and next business day RMA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: for the second question, i see Enterprise Standard support may be more suitable than Enterprise Premium.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy to discuss this further with you offline and show the available options in the renewal tool.&lt;BR /&gt;For reference there may be other relevant factors such as certain bundles that have a base level of discount applied that isn't necessarily available with ala carte blades etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
