&lt;P&gt;local issue. Try below if does not work try your account on other system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To resolve the problem, rebuild the local client cache:&lt;BR /&gt;Rename the local client cache folder: &lt;BR /&gt;For R81 and R81.10 Version: &lt;BR /&gt;'%localappdata%\Check Point\R81\SmartConsole\UserSettings' to&lt;BR /&gt;'%localappdata%\Check Point\R81\SmartConsole\UserSettings.old'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For R81.20 Version: &lt;BR /&gt;C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Check Point\R81.20\SmartConsole\UserSettings to &lt;BR /&gt;C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Check Point\R81.20\SmartConsole\UserSettings.old&lt;BR /&gt;Note - This clears cached settings in the client such as username, server IP address, certificate trust etc.&lt;BR /&gt;Relaunch SmartConsole and log into the affected domain server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I am having issues with smartconsole I put on my login details it will keep on loading forever, everyone that are on the same Jump server as me can access it, If someone remotely connect me, I can put in my login credentials and it will work but when I do it on my site is another story.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whilst it sounds like a local issue, would be good to know if you are using the latest build of SmartConsole etc?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Definitely sounds like your own account or local issue, as the guys said. Maybe have someone delete and re-create your account from smart console and then install database and see if issue reappears. Chris brought up good point, make sure you are on latest smart console build.&lt;/P&gt;
