two bridge mode gateways on same network with redundancy through RSTP

network is reporting MAC flapping causing performance issues

MAC address belongs to switch but somehow is coming from the gateway

turned off secureXL and flapping disappears

I somehow recall years ago that a similar problem occurred with two bridge mode gateways each having the same bridge group id

Thoughts?

The issue is not securexl, its the fact there are same bridge group IDs, I had seen that many times before. As a matter or fact, had issue like that with customer on R82.

Best,
