Hi there,

Is there any known solution how to be notified in case something is changed within Support Life Cycle Policy ?

It would be great if we can be alarmed by mail if the page is updated (new SW/HW added, updated dates, EOL, EOS, ...). Many managers are periodically asking when this and that appliance/version is going to reach end of support/life just to update their excels. All the time we need to open webpage, search for needed product and confirm if there is / there is not change from previously recorded value.

For Jumbo JHF updates it works well as there is easy way to enable RSS for any update. I dont see RSS feed for Support Life Cycle Policy page.

This page is updated in the following circumstances:

New appliances/software version (not JHF) is released

Old appliance is End of Sale (usually happens after the "successor" appliance is announced), which starts the End of Support clock.

The end of support time changes (usually it's extended past the initial EoS date), which are usually announced on CheckMates.

In practice, this happens a few times a year at best.
Partners are, per my understanding, notified of these things via email (particularly "End of Sale" notices)
Also, it tends to get announced (or noticed quickly) on CheckMates 🙂

Hm...I checked, but did not see anywhere where it says you can get email notification if anything is updated...maybe I missed it : - )

Will be honest: not sure of the exact process used to notify Partners.
Specifically the notification is for End of Sale of appliances (sorry, was not clear on this earlier).

It would be good if it was referenced as an SK then we could subscribe for updates. Would deffo need to still be freely visible without login though.
