Threat Emulation update failed

Hi everyone, could you please help me understand a Check Point Threat Emulation error? (ver. R82)

"Threat Emulation update failed, cannot download Software Image TE file for Win10 64b,Office 2016,Adobe DC. Got empty list of available files from download center, and we expected to get files in this type of update."

@Eugene331 What do you use in your environment, virtual machine or appliance? Appliances don't support R82 version.

Oh, great! I asked, but I had the same problem and the solution was to downgrade.

Downgrade from R82 to R81.20?
