UCBrowser to be blocked in Mobilephone

Dear All,

I have a customer situation.

While browsing with UCBrowser in Mobilephone - Unable to block unwanted sites.

There is Appl/URL rule to block few unwanted sites and also UCBrowser app as well.

But we can see the site is getting accessed with UCB (In chrome - it is fine blocking unwanted sites)

Per Tracker it shows blocked, but able to access those sites.

I replicated the above setup in my lab with Android app in VMWare.

No luck - unable to block UCB or sites in UCB

Any idea?

Since it has built in proxy I guess the browser does not access the relevant URLs with direct request...
Maybe you should block the proxy IPs
