Question About Default Threat Prevention Profiles

Hi Mates,

quick (and hopefully not stupid) question.
I’m doing some cleanup for a customer who has several very old profiles. (Threat Prevention)

I was wondering: are there any profiles that might be created by Check Point by default and should never be deleted under any circumstances, or can I safely proceed with the cleanup?

The Threat Prevention Profiles — Basic, Optimized, and Strict — are predefined by Check Point. You cannot delete or modify these profiles directly; instead, you can use them as they are or create and modify a clone.
