Thats a tough one, for sure. I searched KB, google, community, literally your post is the only thing that comes up for this. I suppose TAC is indeed your next step.

Hello everyone,

We're troubleshooting an issue on a cluster running R81.20 JHF 105.
The problem involves Outlook Web Access (OWA), published as a Web Application in Mobile Access.

Users experience an error when creating or replying to emails. The issue occurs both when accessing via a web browser and through the Capsule Workspace app.

The main challenge is that the error is not constant, making it difficult to identify a pattern and collect meaningful debug data.

The HTTPD logs show numerous messages like:
"[absolute_portal_host] Receiving a NULL 'mab_portal_fqdn', referer: https://xxx/owa/"
However, these messages also appear with other referrers, so they might be a red herring.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue with OWA?
Any advice on how to approach debugging such a non-consistent problem would be greatly appreciated.

It's something that might require TAC to assist in troubleshooting.
