usercenter sk updates

Hey,

The last update in the Usercenter is from the 21st. Is it just me or are all Check Point employees having a vacation? 😄

A 7 day blackout has only happened when the portal/rss feed was broken. But maybe it's just a silent period? I monitor these updates daily, which gives a lot of value.

Am I not clear?

Normally the usercenter articles are updated or new articles are created 5-10 times *each day*

Right now, no article has been updated or created for 7 days straigth.

So I am asked if this is indeed the case (which would be first time in all my 20 CP experience.) or if there is simply some issue with displaying new or updated content?

This link was the replacement for keeping track when the rss feed was decomissioned.

I glance through all updated/created SKs once a week to ensure my Gateway Performance Optimization Course is fully updated and Henrik is right; the last updated/modified SK article I can see was sk183782 on August 20th, eight days ago. That is a bit unusual...

There is currently an issue with the indexing in the SecureKnowledge. The relevant team is working on the fix.

Its showing August 28th now, so much better.
