MDS Standby in AWS

Dear Check Mates,

I`m currently trying to expand an on-prem MDS with a secondary node in AWS (CloudGuard Management (BYOL).

I was able to add the cloud MDS as secondary server and sync is working well as it seems.

However, I`m not able to login to AWS MDS with the SmartConsole as a authentication error appears.

If I try to add a new admin with mdsconfig on the AWS MDS, I always get the error message "Authentication to Server 127.0.0.1 failed."

Creating new CMAs is also not possible on the AWS site :"Failed to send request to remote Multi Domain Server" (SIC is established).

Does anyone know what the issue could be or if this setup is even supported?

MDS in AWS is supported.
There are some limitations, which are documented in the SK: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk143213
