Cannot start Mobile Access Portal Agent

Hello. Trying to Install Mobile Access Portal Agent and got the following error:

Start Check Point Mobile Access Portal Agent installation
Extracting Mobile Access Portal Agent... Done
Installing Mobile Access Portal Agent... Done
Installing certificate... Done
Starting Mobile Access Portal Agent... /bin/sh: 1: /usr/bin/cshell/launcher: Exec format error

Cannot start Mobile Access Portal Agent. Installation aborted.

I am pretty much sure that this is because I'm using ARM64 architecture (trying to install Checkpoint on my Raspberry Pi 5. Is where any workaround here? Is somewhere a script version for AArch64 (ARM64)? Can't find help on Support Portal so decide to create this topic.

Best to open a TAC request to confirm this is a compatibility issue or something else.

SNX on Linux assumes Intel architecture, not ARM.
As such, it's not supported there.

The core problem with cshell launcher is that it's only function is to start jar at the start of the system. And this binary is x64-x86.

How can I do this? I was trying support ticket, but they close it because I don't have active support subscription.

What about MAB, is that licensed ? Your MAB GW should have support or you are not entitled to use the SW at all, as an ethicalengineer should know...

Whatever the case, SNX is not supported on Linux ARM.

SNX installs correctly by the way.. but not cshell

I can of course ask my organisation support to create a ticket, but I am trying to solve the compability problem by myself. Is that a crime?
