      <description>&lt;P&gt;While we do have “forward compatibility” for management of newer gateways in some cases, this is not one of them.&lt;BR /&gt;Even when this is done, you don’t usually get the benefit of the new features in that release.&lt;BR /&gt;Its also not something we have offered across major versions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly, that wont work, as both&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7"&gt;@PhoneBoy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71054"&gt;@emmap&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would make sure both are on same version.&lt;/P&gt;
