    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re having issues connecting to the datacenter with Harmony Connect. The agent connects successfully, but there’s no traffic to the datacenter. Support says it’s a global issue, but I don’t see any published information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else experiencing the same problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
