      <title>Cannot activate license/blade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i am trying to do some lab with&amp;nbsp;Check Point R81.20 in Ev ng but i am having issues activating the license since the blades are still grayed out in the GUI. I requested for the "All in ONE " license and i activated the license via the CLI and it was successful and i was told to reboot the system. I rebooted and when i login to the GUI i still see that the blades are grayed out. Anyone knows what i am missing or doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message me directly, I can send you an eval to try. I only saw reboot needed for license activation on Fortigate firewalls, not on any other, ever.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are two license strings provided with the All-In-One eval: one for the management functionality and one for the gateway functionality.&lt;BR /&gt;cplic print should show both licenses if they've been installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is 10.197.20.166 associated with one of the physical interfaces in the VM?&lt;BR /&gt;This is required for the license strings to be valid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just to update quick, had phone conversation with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/129819"&gt;@gailao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;since we were not able to do remote and I guided him in fixing api status on mgmt server. Appears below file was missing, so sent him one from my lab, though version on his end is R81.20&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;/opt/CPsuite-R82/fw1/api/conf/mgmt_api_profile_settings.xml&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once it was copied, api stop/start worked and it showed successful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;He will test smart console access tomorrow and let us know if all works okay.&lt;/P&gt;
