How to change my usercenter account email address

Hi All,

I want to take the CCTA exam. However, on Pearson VUE, I see the message: "You will not be certified if your Check Point User Center and Pearson VUE emails do not match." I previously worked for a company, and my Check Point User Center account was linked to the company’s email address. Since I have left the company, I would like to update my login email address, as my CCSA and CCSE certifications are associated with this account. Is it possible to change the email address? If so, how can I do that?

Hi,

Do NOT change your the email address in your current UserCenter account profile. Follow Chris' advise and create a new UserCenter account with your new email address.

If you change your email address in your current UserCenter account profile backend connections to the different Check Point sites (support, PartnerMap, CheckMates) could be broken.
