smartConsole unauthorized client

Hi,

I have firewall demo sg3600 with mgmt ip 192.168.1.1 , i have access on gui with ip 192.168.1.1 and im trying to connect with smartconsole and it says ERROR: unauthorized client 192.168.1.2. my ip address ipv4 is 192.168.1.2

What should i do ?

Via ssh, try running cpconfig and check the "GUI clients"

Assuming this is configured as an all-in-one / standalone, which version?

I agree with @Chris_Atkinson . Run cpconfig, then choose gui clients and choose any for now, see if it works.

Or login to gaia web interface in left menu search for GUI access clients. You can add the source IP you connect from in there also
