Hi Checkmates,

I'm planning to upgrade my R80.20 cluster modules to R81.20 , before I do this I just wanted to confirm whether MVC will help me in doing this without zero downtime.

1. Take backups from members.

2. Upgrade standby to R81.20.

3. Will MVC work here ?????

=======
WR,

FH

In older versions we had something called Connectivity Upgrade that would do it, but it has been superseded by MVC in current versions. Other upgrade options would not sync connection tables between versions and hence would have impact when moving from old version to new version cluster members.

I think MVC is supported from R80.10.

So yes I would use this, but rebuild the appliances if you can rather then do an in-place upgrade.
