Download older ISO images

Hi CheckMates,

Is there a facility whereby one can download older images of the published ISO's? More specifically I am looking for R81.20 build 627 or 631.

The reason being is that I have an SMS that needs to be urgently patched (outstanding CVE's) but at some stage the someone did an overzealous cleanup of the CPDA repository, so the Jumbo backups were removed.

My plan is to deploy a temp SMS and install R81.20 Jumbo 26 and then just transfer the backup across. The challenge is that T26 does not install on any current build of R81.20, only the builds mentioned above.

TAC should be able to locate the relevant build and provide it, if it is truly required.

If you run a verify of the new jumbo software you actually get a warning it is missing previous packages? Anyway just checking if you upgrade you get a warning about these missing packages

Yep, verification fails due to the backup missing.

Just to close the loop on this one - TAC provided us with the appropriate build image we installed T26 and transferred the subsequently created backup folder accross to Prod. We were then able to upgrade to T92.
