Anti-bot Update failed. Contract entitlement check failed. Gateway can not access internet

Hello everyone,

Error: Update failed. Contract entitlement check failed. Gateway can not access internet ("https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService"). Check connectivity and proxy settings.

All my Gateway suddenly has the same error - does anyone else has it just now or something has happened on the CP Clould side?

Internet connection normally.

Check connectivity and access the Check Point update servers cws.checkpoint.com and updates.checkpoint.com=> success

No previous configuration changes.

Getting the same from all sorts of gateways all over the world. I assume Check Point is having some issues 😅

We are facing the same issue for all the security enforcers. Is this Checkpoint global issue for Anti-Bot update?

No more errors just now.

Gateway is up to date. Database version: 2412300951. Package date: Wed Jan 1 09:00:00 2025 .

Check if your cluster can ping success to updates.checkpoint.com, or do the command:
curl_cli -v -k https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService
