Not able to download R81.10 fresh install package

Hello CheckMates,

Facing issue in downloading the R81.10 fresh install and upgrade package from Checkpoint gateway. Getting the error of "Could not add the private package". Please suggest the way to download the package from CPUSE.

Attached the error screenshot.

Current Version: R81 Jumbo Hotfix Take 99

Hardware - CloudGaurd IaaS (Azure)

Package name- Check_Point_R81.10_T335_Fresh_Install_and_Upgrade.tgz
