Hello,

I setup automatic backup for my checkpoint using SCP but the schedule is not work. If i try run manually the backup is success.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this auto backup?

Maybe te admin password is expired on the GAIA portal

Not, i do run manually backup using GAIA.

yes the schedule is not work, found this error in the logs.

Ahha, I see. Can you open a ssh session from your CheckPoint device to the remote SCP server?

I try to change from anonymous login to use username password and the schedule backup now is working. So are we can't use anonymous login for schedule backup?

Hi @handiansudianto

Because of this is a security product, I can imagine that, there is no possibility to use anonymous user for SCP backup. 🙂
