Policy installation errors: shm_is_updated and recheck_cert_callback

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered the following errors during policy installation?

shm_is_updated: [ERROR] shm_open() failed with errno = [2] No such file or directory
recheck_cert_callback: [INFO] found matching file, ending connection, conn id = 19

I tried to look for information on the forum and SK but without any luck.

There are a few TAC cases that mention this error, but don't see anything definitive about what it indicates or why it occurs.
It also seems to be transient in the cases I reviewed.
If the problem persists, possibly after rebooting the management, I suggest involving TAC.
