      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are facing RAD issues with all the clients. We noticed two different messages:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Failed to fetch Check Point resources. Timeout was reached&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;RAD request exceeded maximum handling time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any global issue ongoing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone has the same problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bosko&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, please check that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;secureupdates.checkpoint.com is resolvable and reachable from your GW. Look into&amp;nbsp;sk83520 if you need guidance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if the cloud server is reachable but updates are still failing, look into&amp;nbsp;sk165075.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All that assuming you are running a supported version with a subscription on place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We have clients on different ISPs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;We were getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;504 for &lt;A href="https://cws.checkpoint.com/URLF/urlf/1.0?resource=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=&amp;amp;key=123456" target="_blank"&gt;https://cws.checkpoint.com/URLF/urlf/1.0?resource=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=&amp;amp;key=123456&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We opened the ticket and got confirmation that some other partners reported the same issues. It is possible that it was regional problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm the same issue from R81.20 JHF 79&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple web pages are slow to load and unable to access internal web servers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to bypass it until a fix is provided is by disabling the AV blade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will see lots of RAD events as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RAD request exceeded maximum handing time, check /opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1///log/rad_events/Errors/flow_XXXXX&lt;/P&gt;</description>
