R81 Upgrade Steps

Hi All,

We are currently running version R81 on management and gateways.

1) Is R81.20 the version to upgrade to next ? I assume it is as Infinity Portal uses R81.20.

2) What is the VM server spec is recommended for new version ? Is this an ISO image ?

3) I am looking to install the new management server with a different IP address and exporting and importing from old server to new everything on smart console and endpoint management plus repointing gateways to new server. Can I get a simple step by step bullet point list which someone has done already please ?

4) Also finally process to upgrade the log server.

R81.20 is the recommended version now. Hardware requirements are listed in the release notes. Mind, those are MINIMAL, not recommended, requirements.
