domain-tcp blocked as Unknown traffic Application

Hello, we are facing a blocking problem with Application Control blade regarding domain-tcp traffic. On the log we can see its blocking because match with "unknown traffic" however we have defined a application control policy allowing "DNS Protocol" category but it seems like Firewall doesnt recognize the domain-tcp as DNS Protocol Application. The Firewall has Gaia R77.30. Please I need your help. Thanks in advance.

I recommend opening a case with the TAC so we can troubleshoot.

Hi Adrian Elizalde,

I suggest you open a service request that goes directly to the relevant team by choosing:

Service request type: "Content Classification"
Content classification type: "Application Control Request"
Request type: "Miss Detection"

please make sure to attach packet captures and description of the environment.
