R81.20 upgrade question

I was just wondering what the difference would be between using the R81.20 Fresh Install and Upgrade Package and the R81.20 Blink Package?

Upgrading from R81.10 to R81.20 using CPUSE

The Blink package contains the latest JHF and the download package is much bigger.

That's the difference.

Some of my support reps have advised me not to use Blink in my environment and to instead install the upgrade then install the jumbo as a second step, but I gather that's mostly due to my environment being a bit weird.
