How to accept only Viber application. And block other traffic. I've added an accept rule on Applications & Services column with Viber. But app still can't access to internet error message.

On what Check Point product/service?
You may need to review the logs (particularly the drops) and see what additional services that application is attempting to access...and allow those.

Additionally, It seems we need to accept HTTPS service or enable HTTPS inspections.

You still haven't said what Check Point products are relevant for this query.
Most applications make use of HTTPS also, yes.
And to properly identify some applications, HTTPS Inspection is also required.
