      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you restored the system with the same software and (custom) hotfixes as the system you created the backup on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When restoring a backup, you must be on the same version and hotfix level.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Martijn&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Gaia backups should only be restored on exactly the same version of software they were originally taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/92539"&gt;@manjesh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Therefore - the best course is to install the same HFs on the new machine and only then restore.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
