Creating Cluster ---- Revoking Certificate ---- "The Referred enitity does not exist in the CA"

When trying to create a cluster object....

I go to add the gateway, then get the following message:

"Revoking Certificate" -- The referred entity does not exist in the certificate authority

I have tried resetting SIC

Do i need to delete the object and re add it?
