      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in our setup the backup was fetched by other team using Script. and coming like radius users in the firewall. so after login we can see some time Checkpoint security Gateway Throwing CLINFR0819 user: denied&amp;nbsp; access&amp;nbsp; via CLI and as per checkpoint sk 180562&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;it showing 5,6 solution with condition can anybody share his experience on this. attaching ss&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If its only one user, just log in as admin in web UI, delete that user, re-add it again and test.&lt;/P&gt;
