TFTP backup failed

We are tried to take a tftp backup from the firewall to linux machine but the backup is failed we are getting below error.

tftp backup has failed. Failed to transfer the package to the remote server: 192.168.*.*

How precisely did you confirm the system can reach the backup server?
Did you use tcpdump or see other error messages on the server?

After i have configured the sha values in gateway now this issue was resolved

from the remote machene

Windows or linux open cmd or terminal-> take ssh on Checkpoint gateway (ssd admin@192.168.x.x) and fetch yes and run the ftp backup on checkpoint gateway.

Note: Please check the policy first and ftp access
