I followed the steps of sk164836 but didn't see desktop security...

My version is R81.20.

Do you have an idea please?

The SK you mentioned does not apply to the version you are using. Please provide more details about what you are trying to do, so we can help you.

The reason is because you probably did not enable the feature inside policy layer properties. I will send you some screenshots later.

Do you have Policy Server enabled in the relevant gateway object?
You cannot have a Desktop Security policy without that enabled.
