How to submit a security issue?

I found a vulnerability in CheckPoint devices. When I submit it according to https://www.checkpoint.com/security-issue/ , all the method didn't work.

When I send a e-mail to security-alert@checkpoint.com , it was refused with error "User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO
command)". When I submitted it via report, it keeps spinning in circles and doesn't show submission success.

I wonder if there is something wrong with the server. And how should I submit this security issue?
