      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So we have successfully migrated to our Cloud Smart Console and I am still having the same issue when I try to see the traffic on one of my Community Tunnels I get the error message. "Failed to open CPMI table"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an additional note that we are able to monitor the traffic on Tunnels on Gateway just not the Tunnels on Community&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just confirmed for 3 customers and works fine, they are all on R81.20 in S1C. I attached one thing you could try from the portal, but if no luck, I would recommend you work with TAC on this, as S1C does not have direct ssh available to the customers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What I pointed out simply restarts your S1C instance, does not affect the traffic and usually takes 10 mins or so.&lt;/P&gt;
