Unable to upgrade SMS

Hi All,

Recently we have faced an issue on checkpoint SMS server upgrade. Currently we have installed R81.10 on Nutanix AHV. We want to upgrade from R81.10 to R81.20 on nutanix. But we can not able to see CPUSE on our SMS Gaia web browser. And on the attached link below there is R81.20 for SMS on nutanix environment. Can someone kindly check it.

And Is it possible to upgrade SMS from R81.10 to R81.20 on Nutanix AHV?

I dont see R81.20 listed for Nutanix in that sk, only R81.10 and below.

Correction it does currently appear on the HCL for VM platforms, suggest following up with your local SE / TAC to clarify as needed.

Maybe get an official TAC answer, but to me logically, answer is no.
