    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently in my org devices are unreachable via rdp or ping when connected to checkpoint vpn.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at implementing a DRS solution to access these endpoints now. Looking for advice on what ports will need to be opened for this purpose?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RDP - 3389??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any configuration changes required with Checkpoint?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To ensure your remote access clients are reachable:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You must use Office Mode (which implies appropriate licensing)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Access Policy must allow the relevant communication&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enable Back Connections must be enabled in Global Properties under Remote Access:&lt;/LI&gt;
