      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are facing the issue that some of our tickets are missing in UserCenter since the Change to Sales Force was implemented,&amp;nbsp; Is this still work in progress on Checkpoint Side or should we open a TAC case?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does any one have the same issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
