    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three sets of clusters of CP5800 running on R80.10, I observed that the Alert indicator of this three sets' Primary firewall having the the flashing red indicator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have checked the hardware health, all status showed normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did anyone face this issue before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How should I proceed to "clear" this indicator?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just for the record, R80.10 has been obsolete and out of support for quite a few years now. For the alert indicator as you call it, can you provide some pictures? Do these appliances have support contracts attached?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yes I understand that they are out of support, but our side has no intention to do a tech refresh anytime soon. The alert indicator is actually the LED on the appliance itself, the one with the "!"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So no support contract? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a similar issue mentioned in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sk173506. Try applying a workaround from the SK, without a guarantee of success, and let us know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
