    <description>&lt;P&gt;That assumes every SR is linked to a piece of hardware, I don’t believe that is necessarily the case.&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to look up by device MAC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;I think you must have Partner Status to select My Check Point &amp;gt; Tools &amp;gt; Accounts, Products and Orders to search by MAC or CK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
