Hi,

after your log server is down or is not reachable, gateway will store log files locally. To updload stored logs automatically after log server is running again, you need to configure "Log forwarding schedule" . in Logs -> Additional Logging Configuration -> check checkbox "Forward log files to Log Server" -> choose your log server from drop down. Then click Manage button and configure your schedule according to your needs.

This configuration should ensure that all logs are forwarded to log server

Hi Community,

I have a simple question.

What happens if the SmartCenter is unreachable, and the gateways are logging locally? Are the logs uploaded automatically to the Smartcenter if the Smartcenter is online again?

If not, what should I do to happens it automatically?

BR

Akos
