Check point identity agent can not install during TS (Task sequence)

Hi!

We have Microsofts Configuration Manager (ver 2303) and have packed the application "Checkpoint identity Agent ver 81.028.0000" as per computer installation (installation behavior: Install for System) with the MSI and an MST file.

The problem is when we install the identity agent during the Task sequence to install Windows 10 ver 22H2, the task sequence is stopped when it gets to the point of installing the Chechpoint identity agent. If we are lucky, the task sequence can finish in 3-5 hours, sometimes the task sequence is totally stopped and the computer gets totally corrupt. Normal windows installation takes about 30-50 minites (including all softwares).

The installation-string for the Check point identity agent is as follows:

"msiexec /i "Check_Point_Identity_Agent.msi" TRANSFORMS="CheckPointIdentityAgent RD R01 81.028.0000.mst" /qn"

Is there a fix for this slow/corrupt installation for the Identity agent? I have heard you have newer versions on your site, can they fix this problem? Attached is the MST file properties.

Hi!

We have now tested with the new version 81.041.0000 and it is the same error. During windowsinstallation in the Task sequence, when the Identity agent installs the client looses the network totally and task sequence is stopped. The installation is the MSI-file with a MST-file with the property "Reboot ReallySuppress". Installationtype is for computer (system).

I attach Windowsloggfiles (system/application) from one faulty client. Can you check and provide us with a possible solution?
